Before Ride: You can cancel a ride without charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
After Ride Begins: If you cancel after the driver has arrived, you will be 100% charged.
To cancel a ticket and claim the refund, Customers must initiate the cancellation process through the Company's platform or by contacting Customer Support. The cancellation must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure time of the taxi.
Upon successful cancellation, the Company will process the refund within 24 hours.
We reserve the right to cancel a ride due to:
Driver Availability: If no drivers are available in your area.
Safety Concerns: If there are safety or legal concerns related to the ride.
